About this app

The user-friendly “POLOPLAST@CLOUD” interface enables the monitoring and control of the POLO-AIR+ living room ventilation devices. The program replicates all functions of the control panel and allows you to control your living room ventilation device anywhere there is internet access.

The following functions are available:
• Monitoring and controlling ventilation intensity
• Monitoring and setting the desired supply air temperature
• Setting the weekly program and vacation planning
• Air quality monitoring if sensors are installed
• Access to efficiency parameters

Connecting to a mobile device is quick and easy. There are three options available:
• Scanning the QR code in the ventilation device
• Using the search function of the WiFi network
• Manual entry of the network ID on the control panel

Note: The living room ventilation device must be connected to the internet!

The menu language is automatically adapted to the language of the mobile device. If no language has been selected yet, English will be used by default.

The program works for all POLO-AIR+C devices with a firmware version from 2020.
Older POLO-AIR+ devices can be used with a firmware update.
