With Polpo Desk Operator, securely connect to the computers and Android TV screens you support — right from your phone, wherever you are.

Polpo Desk is a remote support platform for IT teams, service providers and software support teams. This app is the operator app: sign in with your Polpo Desk account and connect to remote devices.

KEY FEATURES
• Remote desktop: See and control the remote computer's screen.
• Touch mouse and touchpad mode: Tap to click, or move the pointer precisely with your finger.
• Smart keyboard: Special characters, Ctrl / Alt / Win shortcuts and special keys.
• Clipboard sharing: Copy and paste text between your phone and the remote computer.
• File transfer: Browse files on the remote computer, send and receive files.
• In-session chat and Ctrl+Alt+Del.
• Android TV: Connect to store and meeting room screens and control them with a virtual remote.
• Device list: Groups, tags, favorites and online status at a glance.
• Session history: Past sessions and durations by date range.
• Light and dark theme, 6 languages.

SECURITY
• Video and control data are end-to-end encrypted (WebRTC DTLS-SRTP). Our servers do not see or store session content.
• The person on the other side approves every connection on their screen, or authorized staff use a permanent password for unattended access.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a free account at polpodesk.com.
2. Install the Polpo Desk client on the computer that needs help.
3. Sign in to this app and connect with the 9-digit device ID.

Note: A Polpo Desk account is required. Business plans and user management are handled in the polpodesk.com web panel.
