Poly-clip System Virtual Assistant (PCS VIA) is a professional software platform which combines remote video assistance with Augmented Reality (AR) technology to provide quick and immediate video support, help our partners and clients identify and resolve problems, assist installation of machines and systems, support troubleshoot process, all from their HQ or home office effectively and quickly.

The application is optimized to be installed on Android for phones and tablets, to enable collaboration between technicians in the field and experts in the office. It allows you to receive support at any time through a video session to see the problem and provide precise instructions through the annotations in Augmented Reality.
