A simple Pomodoro timer for breaking study and work into focused stretches.

PomoCare is a Pomodoro timer where you decide everything — how long you focus, how long you rest, and how many sets go by before a long break. The length people can concentrate for differs from person to person, so instead of forcing yourself into a fixed template, you shape the rhythm that fits you.

Set up your labels in advance and just pick one when you start. Your statistics then show exactly where your time went.

Focus for a set stretch of time, then always take a break when it ends — and repeat.

Breaking work into short stretches lowers the barrier to getting started, and frequent breaks make it easier to stay focused over long sessions. The classic form is 25 minutes of focus and a 5 minute break, but in PomoCare you are free to change those lengths.

The timer keeps track for you, so there is no need to watch the clock. When a stretch ends, the alarm lets you know.
