PomPilot Operations provides a single workspace for day-to-day operational tasks. Use it to monitor open requests, review scheduled services, manage quotes, and plan routes from your phone.

OVERVIEW DASHBOARD

The home screen shows counts for open requests, scheduled services, pending quotes, and completed tasks. A revenue overview chart displays trends over time. Upcoming operations are listed with dates and current status labels such as submitted or reviewing.

SERVICES

Browse active services including customer site setup, dispatch coordination, and emergency response coordination. Each entry shows availability level and estimated timeframe so you can see what is scheduled or in progress.

QUOTES

Track business quotes by reference ID, description, amount, and status. Filter the list by draft, submitted, reviewing, or approved to follow each request through its workflow.

LOAD AND ROUTE PLANNER

The planning tool lets you set a service category, priority level, duration, and capacity requirement. Choose an operating window (morning, afternoon, or evening) and generate a plan based on your inputs.
