About this app

Ponktio is the time-tracking app for your team. Log your workday in seconds and check your hours anytime, right from your phone.

What you can do:
• Clock in, clock out and log breaks with one tap.
• Clock in with a QR code or NFC at your company's point.
• See your week with hours worked day by day.
• Review and confirm your monthly statements.
• Request and cancel time off and holidays, and check your day balance.
• Ask for a correction when a clock entry doesn't add up; your manager reviews it.

Built for the real world:
• Works with no connection: entries are stored encrypted on your phone and sync on their own when you're back online.
• Get your company's announcements as notifications.
• Available in Spanish and English.
• Privacy-first: download your data and read the privacy notice from within the app.

How to start:
Ponktio is a service for companies. To use the app, your company invites you with your email and you accept the invitation on your phone. If you run the company, sign-up is done on the web portal with a trial period.

What’s new

Stability fixes:
- The clock button no longer allows duplicate punches from a double tap.
- In kiosk mode, a wrong PIN now shows the right message and no longer offers to unlink the device.
- When requesting time off, if something fails it is now explained on screen.
Also includes previous improvements: the scanner no longer leaves the camera on, the session survives poor coverage better, and the kiosk returns on its own after a restart.
