The official customer portal of Pontos Pool GmbH — for everyone whose pool is serviced by us. Everything about your pool in one place, always up-to-date, directly from the service team.
IMPORTANT: Access is reserved for Pontos Pool customers. You will receive your invitation with personal login details from your Pontos Pool contact person.
SERVICE REPORTS • All service calls for you — clearly sorted by year • Each report in its original layout: work performed, water parameters, and signature, just like on paper
PHOTO GALLERY • Approved photos from service calls, projects, and uploads • Sorted by month, filterable by source, with full-screen view
LABORATORY • All water analyses of your pool with a traffic light rating (green/orange/red) • Each measurement with unit of measurement — and in case of deviations, a specific recommendation from our team • Optionally, you can receive a notification about each new analysis
SERVICE REQUESTS • Create a new request in seconds: select a category, describe the issue, attach up to 3 photos • Each request includes a case number and status — our team's response is delivered directly to the app as a chat • Reminder function if a request remains open for an extended period • Deletion upon request — with confirmation from our team
NOTIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL) • Push notifications for new service reports, new images, water analyses, and team responses • Only with your consent, can be deactivated at any time
PROFILE & ACCOUNT • View and update your contact details • Change your password via email; you can delete your account at any time
DATA PROTECTION • No tracking, no advertising, no analytics tools • The app never accesses the database directly—all data is routed through secure server functions with personalized customer assignment
