I've used the Pool Brain app for a few years now and it's much more detailed oriented than other apps like Skimmer. I would highly recommend this app to larger companies who want to keep their quality of work high while also growing into a larger business. Pool Brain allows you to manage almost anything on the technician side which allows you to keep quality of work high, while also saving a lot of time on office related tasks.

I've been a pool Tech now for 20 years. This app is garbage the only good thing I can say about it is it does help with the lying customers when they try to say you haven't been there but that's about it. It rearranges my routes constantly and I have to optimize the route and it still doesn't do a good job with that. It drains the battery like you wouldn't believe. The app is constantly updating at inappropriate times, sometimes when I'm in the middle of a job. You really need to do better.

I've had many of the same problems that others in here have had but today takes the cake. my device is no longer compatible after the latest update. guess I'll go but a new phone with all this pool boy money falling out of my pocket...

What’s new

When you tap a route in scheduling, map markers are now visible on the same screen as the expanded route. Tap a one time job address in scheduling to open & edit the details for that job (if you have permission).
