Time sink. I have to use Pool brain. It freezes a lot. Its choppy. I have to press my screen multiple times give a client notification I'm on my way. Sometimes when I select something, the app closes. Everytime I take pictures with it, it has to think for a second. These all add up to time lost leaving me wondering how much time this app actually saves.

im a pool technician whos been doing this for 2 1/2 years. ive been using nothing but pool brain to track my pools; and whatever update you guys just did absolutely ruined it. I cant even open my route map to properly optimize it; and on top of that I can no longer see when my pools are done on the route map; so I have to analyze the route and figure out what pool I am closest to. very frustrating to say the least. keep it the way it was and quit trying to fix something that isn't broken.

Our company recently switched to this app and it is the worst. Having to take all kinds of pictures in order to just clean a pool. Before the app I could clean a pool in 10 to 45 minutes. Now you can add another 20 minutes to each pool using pool brain. The prompts for some of the pictures is rather confusing and I hate that it forces me to take pictures of stuff that's not even there like a closed gate that doesn't exist. What's the point of this app, it just makes our jobs harder and tedious.
