About this app

Pool Company Manager is field software for pool service businesses. Technicians use this app to work their assigned routes, record inspections and log their hours, while office staff manage customers, scheduling and billing in the companion web application.

AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED
Accounts are created by your employer. There is no public sign-up in this app and nothing is bought inside it. If your company does not use Pool Company Manager yet, an administrator can start a trial on our website.

FOR TECHNICIANS IN THE FIELD
• See the route assigned to you for the day, stop by stop
• Complete pool service inspections, repair inspections and custom forms
• Attach photos to any inspection straight from your phone
• Capture customer signatures
• Clock in and out, with optional location confirmation
• Review the service history for a property before you start

FOR THE OFFICE
The web application covers everything the field app does not: customer and property records, equipment and stock, scheduling and assignments, route planning, estimates, invoices and payments.

BUILT FOR REAL SERVICE WORK
Inspections are designed to be filled in quickly on a phone, one hand, in the sun, standing next to a pool. Photos are attached to the job rather than lost in a camera roll, so the office sees what the technician saw.

PRIVACY
