App keeps dropping. I get what I assume are error codes that are long and provides explanation. It is slow and difficult to use. I would give it a one start, but I didn't want to be unfair. 7/26/25 App seams to be getting worse. Keeps telling me there is an update but app store isn't showing it needs one. Because of this I can not use app. Already tried ubinstalling then reinstalling. Still waiting for it to get better.... Sigh...

UPDATE: Tech support has been working hard to resolve the login problem, and the latest update fixed it. After updating, I cleared the cache and deleted the storage before launching the app. I'm able to log in now. --- Haven't been able to log in for a couple weeks. Tech support replied quickly and asked if I can log in on Chrome. I said yes and he replied, "That's great news. Clear the cache on Microsoft edge. I'll close the ticket." So I guess they're not even trying to troubleshoot the app.

Ihave to log in multiple times each time i use it, doesn't save my info when i do. opens a separate web browser to use the app. My templates are gone. Does not save my personal settings, shipping information, preferred branch, preferred shipping method, etc. It's unable to sync with the website shopping cart. Visibly an improvement but a few steps back in usability. will review again if these things improve.
