** They started offering tshirts to anyone leaving a positive review, so please keep that in mind ** OK app though. Very annoying that I have to type a user name and password every time I open it, and the check out feature often doesn't actually check me out from the pool so I get an email. The app definitely has a mid 2000s feel to it... I can't imagine there is more than a couple of people working part time on the app. Making changes to your account is clunky to say the least

the take picture option doesn't work on pixel 10 pro I have latest version of app.can only import picture. you should be able to add people later on to family pass just because if says you can have five people doesnt mean you have 5 people right away. what if I only had 3 people total I have have to find 2 more people just to complete the registration

We been trying to use this app for 2 years in our community pool. The application just does not work. You need to update it, still does not work, you totally remove it, then re-install it. Then you apply for the passes. Then the whole info disappears. and you need to do it again. now it cannot even find the community. I have an MBA in Information systems. And been struggling with this app for 2 years. It looks like a one-man show fixing bugs at a snail pace. Hope you dont have to suffer it
