PoolPallet connects the needs for buying, selling, renting, and exchanging pallets with tools for preparing delivery at the warehouse.
On the platform, you can search for listings by material, specifications, and location; post needs or supply; invite suppliers to quote, compare offers, and track transactions. The unit section supports warehouse management, staff, pallets, delivery, and reconciliation. Private chat allows both parties to communicate immediately according to transaction needs.
In-app tools help you estimate purchase and rental costs based on quantity, cycle, shipping, and deposit. You can save draft counts, notes, links for later review, and share them by actively selecting recipients. These tools are usable even when offline.
Scan the pallet lot QR code or manually enter the code to access the correct content on the platform. The camera can only be used if you actively choose to scan.
Members register themselves, verify their email using OTP, and wait for administrator approval before transacting. New listings and photos require review before being published. You can report content, block contacts, and request account deletion in the Security & Account section.
The platform requires an internet connection. Calculations and drafts on the device are not finalized quotes, bilateral agreements, or inventory entries. Both parties negotiate and settle payments independently; PoolPallet currently does not collect transaction fees.
