About this app

Construction Saathi is the digital site diary and khata for Indian construction companies. Your site team records the day - attendance, cash, fuel, materials, progress and vehicles - and the owner sees all of it, live, from anywhere.

IMPORTANT: Construction Saathi is set up for your company by our team. You will receive an Organisation ID and login from us. There is no public sign-up. Contact us through our website to get your company set up.

WHAT IT REPLACES

The handwritten site register and bahi-khata your munshi keeps by hand. No more lost registers, no more WhatsApp photos of bills, no more waiting until month-end to find out where the money went.

ATTENDANCE
Mark who worked, on which site, on which day. Everyone is marked present by default, so you only change the absentees.

KHATA AND CASH
Give and receive work cash. Pay salaries. See exactly how much cash each person is holding right now. Track vendor udhaar and shop payments.

APPROVALS AND VERIFICATION
Money requests go to the right person for a decision. Entries are ticked as verified. Every rupee has a name and a timestamp against it.

FUEL AND DIESEL
Bulk purchases into site stock with batch-wise FIFO tracking. Issue fuel to vehicles with odometer and hour meter readings. Drivers confirm what they received, and mismatches are flagged automatically.

MATERIALS
Record material coming in and going out, with photos and delivery notes.

SITE PROGRESS
File a daily progress report with photos, so the owner can see the work without visiting the site.

VEHICLES AND FLEET
Vehicle logs, driver assignments, damage reports and daily activity.

REPORTS
Pick a period, tick the sections you need, and download an Excel file. Filter by site, by person or by date range.
