I-Sticker Mobile App is a graphic user interface which connects to your I-Sticker device via bluetooth and facilitates the transmission of your driving data to the cloud for multi-platform access.
Although the Cloud-Wise web-based portal offers extensive reporting with all the data collected by I-Sticker, the I-Sticker app itself also offers access to some of the data, for example:
- route history with map displays
- driver events like harsh turns or braking
- driver safety score based on actual events
- vehicle score in the event of multiple drivers for the same vehicle
- and more
The I-Sticker app does not need to be open to connect to your I-Sticker to collect and transmit the data. The connection is established once the vehicle is moving even if the app is closed. In cases where the app is not available, the I-Sticker device will store up to a year of data ... and once the app connects, all the data will be downloaded and transmitted without data loss.
Since the I-Sticker device is totally wireless (solar powered) and our data is based purely on sensors, our solutions run with extremely low power consumption. The I-Sticker app will use very little of your mobile battery due to our proprietary algorithms and transmission methods.
The I-Sticker app runs in the background so as not to disturb the driver. If, however, the user wishes to see real-time g-force events, the app offers a graphic display showing 8 angles of possible g-force. The app also offers the option of defining a gentle audio tone from the I-Sticker device when a harsh driving event is registered.
Various commands are available in the app, as well, to control and customize the I-Sticker device and app experience. The I-Sticker app is a friendly and powerful tool.
The I-Sticker app is one part of the Cloud-Wise Driver Behavior Analysis program to improve safe driving and to inform managers (and parents) of drivers who may need to be trained to drive in a safer manner.
