PopBookings makes event staffing easy! This app allows event workers to apply to jobs, manage their bookings, and more. We have taken the complicated process of working events and made it simple. Below are some of the things you can do with this app:

BROWSE JOBS
PopBookings opens right to a job board with a ton of fun, exciting event working gigs you can apply to. Some of these jobs include working events like Super Bowl, Coachella, Formula 1, and more. These jobs pay $15-50+ per hour. You pick which gig you want to apply to!

GET BOOKED
Once you are booked, we have made it super simple for you to manage your job duties and tasks on the app. This helps you do a stellar job to get good reviews and get booked more!
GPS CHECK IN/OUT
When you arrive at your gig, it is easy to let your managers know using out check in and out feature. It is a triple check system, it logs the time, location, and picture evidence that you worked.

CHAT
Keep in touch with your event managers on the app and keep all of your important communications for your gigs within the app. (Don’t worry, you can also get these chats via email and text message.)

KEEP ORGANIZED
As an event worker, PopBookings has a calendar management, document management, and agency connect tools to be able to easily manage your entire promo career on one app. (Rather than the many you might find yourself having to download!)

Ratings and reviews

App is simple to use, and gives clarity to each job listed. I love the fact that it outlines the job's location, wage, hours, and items needed, to successfully complete job requirements. App also states whether or not there is a dress code; like a uniform, and whether it will be provided for you. Jobs are easy to view, and apply for. There is a section to complete your personal profile and add relevant past work history, and skills. It's super user-friendly and a quick way to gain income.

I get text from agency employees saying I have been booked but PopBookings shows nothing! There has been so miscommunication between what the app has and what the agencies see and because of that I have only worked 3 times in month although I have applied for 120 gigs! I don't know what else to do.

I reached out to PB support via email for a sudden dramatic drop in my rating score. My score went from 5 to 2.5. I've received wrong information each time and have the emails to prove it. I am baffled by the lack of attention to detail and poor support I have received from whoever has been responding to my emails. PB needs to keep agencies accountable not just the workers who use their platform. The agencies who use their platform aren't perfect and make mistakes.
