I gave it a 4 because I like a lot, but there are also glitches that happen regularly. Sometimes, for certain companies, I am unable to click the job in the app because it just automatically shuts down the app so I have to go to a desktop or laptop to do it. Also, there are many times that I go to the check in page & after taking the location checking photo it won't finish the check in. Instead, it just goes right back to the same screen.

Constant problems. Not following commands. Have needed to uninstall and reinstall twice to help resolve issues, but resolution does not last. Great concept, but needs more maintenance; it crashes periodically, so you will have to Wait for App, or Close it, or whatever the third choice is. It really stretches my patience. BUT, the tech support staff is incredible! They really go the extra mile to ensure that all questions are answered, and problems are resolved so u can move on. So thanks, guys!

I enjoy the ease of having many agencies on one central app. The profile set up is smooth and overall it's a great idea. I gave it 3 stars because its often buggy and I wont receive notifications or won't be able to check in on the app which can affect your pay, if you are required to check in on PopBookings and depending on how strict the agency is.
