I keep using it because I already paid for it, but the interface is clunky and hard to navigate, browse offers, and even search when you do know what you want. Half of the time offers don't load and I see a spinning wheel even after restarting my phone. REALLY frustrating and I haven't been able to redeem offers because of this constant load problem!

Used one coupon for gas on a recent trip out of town. Worked fine. Gave me a bar code to scan. Then attempted to use it at Bucca and it did not generate a bar code, just a number sequence, that they could not use! Just tried to see what it would do today where I am and again, it is not generating a bar code for Arby's! Not happy!

Hello Kris,
Not all of our RahRah! Business affiliates use a barcode or a PLU# number. That is up to each merchant to provide RahRah! with those redemption styles based off of their own POS Systems.
My guess is you used a Holiday discount that they provide a bar code to scan. Bucca and Arby's don't require barcodes for those offer redemptions.

I had some issues signing in (which was 100% my fault, I used an email address I hardly use!). The customer service was excellent and friendly. I'll the use the deals on this app a lot. Plus I get to help out my son's school. Win win!
