Application is good, but after 2 weeks of use when launched only icon and "Get Help" button shows up. After deleting and reinstalling application keeps loading and does not launch

Not worth at all All I see is a "get help" screen Support only able to advise reinstall the app Don't fall for this, get other app. Not working. No support This is a scam.
