Ratings and reviews

When depositing checks, they force you to select your account before each check rather than defaulting to the default account. Then you have to click again to confirm the deposit when the deposit amount requires you to scroll up, which no one does. Any extra clicks like these involve lost time and opens the door to errors.

They are supposed to have someone available until 5pm today. The app just keeps telling me representatives are unavailable. It gives me an option to choose a team member and when I go to that there is only one name and you can't click on it. This app is a waste of time.

Only real problem is that if you exit the app at all it will end the call with no warning. I'm sure it's a security thing but if it could just show a warning prompt before closing out it would be perfect.
