Love the cafe, but this app is trash. Constantly logs me out, forcing me to re-type my password several times/week. I reset my password through the website, but the app didn't recognize the new password. It's just too frustrating trying to order through this while also getting ready for work. The only upside to this app is that it was so frustrating to use that I've started making coffee at home, saving me a fair bit of money.

Cannot create an account properly through the app. Created an account on the main website, which then deleted my order when I switched back to the app. Entered my order again, tried to sign into my new account at checkout, but app wouldn't recognize my login credentials. Double checked my acc info on the website, it worked, switched back to app, order gone. Enormous waste of time

The app seemed to be fine but the sign in process is frustrating. You can't order as a guest you must register. Then to complete that process you have to wait for an email for a confirmation code to go back into the app and enter. 5 minutes down the road there is no service. If you have my card info and charge it why does it matter if I'm a guest or registered? 🤷♀️
