app stopped working in May, stuck loading but not actually getting anywhere. reached out to support, they asked which phone I was using. after I responded, they never got back on a fix. app still not working and browser is incredibly inconvenient to navigate on the phone. disappointing support from a service that has otherwise been decent.

The app won't go past the login screen. It loads and then refreshes empty. website works fine but app is garbage

I signed up thru a link from my employer. No issues whatsoever on the webpage link. Downloaded the app for ease, won't accept my offer login and password.
