Ratings and reviews

Poorly optimized for android. Slow loading times for virtually any action (opening up lost of sale items during a stream, selecting specific items, scrolling, etc). Gets even worse over time since it heats up my phone (s23) more than any other app. Works fine on my pc

Look. I love the app. When it works it's super fun and amazing to shop live and all the great things. HOWEVER... I have to try at LEAST 4 times. EVERYTIME I open the mobile app.. First 2 times it just straight up closes immediately, the 3rd time I get the Green lightening bolt, then it closes. The fourth, it says "app has suddenly shut down" the I have hit "close app." THEN I can open and use the app normally. Other than that it's great. But if you guys can fix that one big it would be gold.

Aside from my issues with the inaccessibility of this platform, their customer service SUCKS. I've been trying to add a card on file, and cannot get answers. It's been almost a full week without a single reply and all I'm being told is that it's an "address verification" issue. Even though I've personally checked with my bank about the billing address.
