Ratings and reviews

App would not accept my credit card. Tried literally dozens of times. Meticulously checking all information for errors. I've never had an issue using my credit card on any app or website before and I've had it for years. The people working in support just gave me a copy and paste response. I emailed them giving more info about the issue and haven't received any response for two weeks now. Poor support and the app has a lot of issues that need to be fixed. I would give zero stars if permitted.

This is useless! I really wanted to purchase something from a Popshop Live sale. I downloaded the app, pre-entered all of the required info to be able to purchase, followed the seller, then when it was time for the live sale, the app would not load it. It just crashed over and over again. It did not work at all. Notifications did not work, either. Also, I hate the fact that you can only log in using a cell number or Facebook account. Why not allow users to create usernames and passwords?

This is A good shopping app. Easy to navigate and the sellers are friendly. The only problem is that this app heats my phone up real fast for some reason. It's the only app that heats it up when I'm watching seller's. Please fix this. One more problem is the shipping. Shipping is way too high (8.99 or 10.99). I could be wanting to buy just a card and the shipping cost more than the item itself, like geez! Lower the shipping
