just updated the app to scan a Pop at the store, now my username/password no longer works, and when I try to recover that information (to make sure I'm using tge right info), my email address is no longer valid. I keep getting the message (Oops, we've hit a snag... please retry." There's NO WAY I'm creating a new account and rescanning/looking up my ENTIRE collection again. If this issue doesn't get resolved, I'm deleting the app. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!

I previously had an account on the app. Since getting a new phone over a year ago I have earned an "oops... we hit a snag" error message every time I try to log in. I gave up on my old account and decided to just make a new one, except haha you can't create an account either. There are reviews spanning back years for this problem, at some point you need to fix your problems or lose your entire customer base. :/

Its 2026. Why isn't this app more user friendly? We can't move items from one collection lIst to another, ebay pricing trends are way off (stuck at 243.00 on multiple is weird & inaccurate, cannot use search function within our own collections-just to name a few things). It's been like this for a very long time - years even. WHY?!
