just updated the app to scan a Pop at the store, now my username/password no longer works, and when I try to recover that information (to make sure I'm using tge right info), my email address is no longer valid. I keep getting the message (Oops, we've hit a snag... please retry." There's NO WAY I'm creating a new account and rescanning/looking up my ENTIRE collection again. If this issue doesn't get resolved, I'm deleting the app. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!

I have a ton of issues with the app but I think the biggest one is that some Pops take months to get added to the app if they get added at all. The app is supposed to be (in part) a way for buyers to keep track of their collection and we can't do that if they don't add the figures to the app. There is also constant technical issues and the display is so outdated.

The app works well, easy to find and enter Funko's. The one things that would be nice is when you enter a Funko into your list, you should be able to take a picture of your pop and enter it instead of a stock photos. Also if it's a pop that has a signature, you should be able to add that for the value. The valves of the pop's are off or don't exist when scanned. New update looks like the app is now connected to your Funko account and can buy from the app now.
