Ratings and reviews

After years of being out, this is still the worst Funko app. I got items in my collection that won't delete. No point in having lists as you can't add anything to them. The only thing that really works is the scanner, but there is no option to add an item to any other list except "My collection." Would it be nice to separate my collection. Search won't work to manually type in a Fandom such as The Nightmare Before Christmas, 8 products show up regardless of filters. The entire app is trash.

Wow, what a waste of time and space. Couldn't sign in, even though I've been a member of the website for years. No problem, I'll set up a new account. Nope. The email that you have to use never shows up. I tried downloading and using the app two separate times. Same result both times. You'd have more reason to download a mirror app than this.

My twins & I are huge collectors! Twice now I haven't been able to make a purchase due to errors or site updates. I spent my whole Sun trying to buy & couldn't. Mon I could after sale was over & they updated terms but not during the sale!? Customer service is worthless & by far the worst CS. We spend so much&I've never gotten anything special,won anything,don't get coupons etc. We we are great cust. I'm so over the issues&lack of customer support! If it's a site issue they should honor sale pr!
