too much bs, let me just buy what I want already, not all the extra sign ups for extra discounts,I don't wanna jump thru your hoops to get what I'm paying for. I want what I want & if I like it , I'll pay the damn price. you are like temu- gotta make a game of everything or a perceived bargain. you're killing my enjoyment of the shopping experience. also, I went thru the trouble of creating an account & when I tried to use it for my first purchase, I got an error message. not a pleasant time

App is very frustrating. Adding and deleting items is a difficult task in app. You delete an item but still show, adds quantities. Adding coupon codes causes error messages. When trying to check out, if you make it that far, 99% of time ends in error, never allowing you to check out. I go to online shopping, and none of my items are there. What??? Now you want me to spend time adding to my cart again? I used to buy loads of your clothes but I'm very frustrated with shopping experience!!!

I love Chicos, but very frustrated with this app. It is full of bugs. Can't remove items put in the favorites folder. No matter how many times I delete the item, it comes back. Same for the shopping cart. Very hard to remove items once added to cart. Update: some other issues -- app does not give options for store pickup. U cannot add an item to favs without selecting a size. Your rewards are not available on app to apply during check out. Coupons are not available on app to apply at checkout.
