Terrible, my first time using Chichi and it's for a very important wedding, now no dress no money back yet. Called and I was told they cancelled my order because at the point of pick up they did not have it in stock anymore, like why take my money when you know you don't have the product. Never heard that before. Deleting them tho, can't deal!

The app has got a few technical issues. If I click on pictures nothing happens then all of a sudden I can click on it and the product finally comes up. Same issue in the menu, if I want to click on anything, nothing happens.

I went from website to the app because they advertised 15% off at the first order on the app. They did not applied the discount, and I am disappointed. I believe I will not come back to chi chi again, I do not like to be fooled. Also, the process to obtain a student code it is too much hassle....
