Downloaded the app for a 10% discount because the 10% off code I got via txt message as a thanks for signing up to email/ txt communication did not work. And I did not get the 10% for downloading the app either. So much for that false advertisement.

Signing in was a nightmare. I tried to sign in a pop up window told me both that there is an error and to check for a link on my email. There was no link. I tried signing in again and again walking in loops. If you click on Forgot Password it throws you into another screen and nothing happens. I left it for a few days and came back but the problem persisted I almost gave up on the purchase but really liked a dress so had to register with another email. How many sales are lost this way??
