Quick and Easy to find what I wanted and to complete my order. Great photos and descriptions of items aswell! I'm a little upset some things where out of stock when I came to purchase them though .., fingers cross they come back into stock again. Cannot wait to get my little Xmas present (black fur collar and cuff coat) to myself .., many thanks and look forward to placing an order with you again xx

Signing in was a nightmare. I tried to sign in a pop up window told me both that there is an error and to check for a link on my email. There was no link. I tried signing in again and again walking in loops. If you click on Forgot Password it throws you into another screen and nothing happens. I left it for a few days and came back but the problem persisted I almost gave up on the purchase but really liked a dress so had to register with another email. How many sales are lost this way??

Absolute waste of time. Free delivery if you shop in the app, only no option to enter the code, they accept PayPal but you can't actually select it, they want card details and when you try the live chat not only do you wait for a response sê like you would an angry ex that state the obvious and are no help at all. I'm now ordering different stuff from from somewhere else
