I live in America... and I have had nothing but Great experiences dealing with Simply Be!! I love the clothes n accessories. Shipping is generally free and on time! As far as thier credit card goes, I have a low limit however its been my experience as long as I make my payment as scheduled I've no problems. Thier customer service on & over the pond Fabulous!!!! Just wish they gad an American app!!!

lovely clothes, great size advise and I am really enjoying being able to buy clothes that fit my weird shape. The only thing I would say is that its my middle and back that's huge but I am still not even a B cup and dresses and tops don't look right with a big booby space and nothing in them. But I wouldn't want to be without you Xx

App won't load images most of the time or it takes 5 minutes to load. I get bored of waiting, so effectively they're losing sales as I go elsewhere to shop with apps that actually work. Sort it out Simply Be, it's not rocket science it's e-commerce. Shein have got it right, why can't you? If I could only see the goods you're selling..... but your app won't load images of your stock. I've deleted and reinstalled the app but it seems to have no effect.
