Terrible company. So far this year, Simply Be has taken my credit balance of £45 away and taken months to refund me and has now removed my credit account of 20 years even though I have never missed or been late with a payment. Customer Services escalate issues and assure me that I'll receive an email within 5 days but nobody bothers to reply. I have wasted hours trying to get answers. My advice is to avoid this company and if you do deal with them do it in writing and keep a record.

CAN'T LOG IN ANYMORE!!! The app signed me out about a week ago & I just cannot log in anymore. Seems to be a problem with the sign in page it links to. Really fed up I cannot get into my account. 👎

site keeps crashing, everything is try to access my bag it comes up with "sorry something went wrong. I've tried to do it desktop site and everytime I try to put my password in it doesn't sign in. really getting beyond a joke now.
