one of the worst apps. Fails to login when you are supposed to pay your EMI and youhave to pay through 3rd party apps Edit: They resolved the issue. Did not expect it to be resolved at all. Horrible app. Doesn't even open half the time, you have to close and reopen it so many times that you won't open it again. Crashes a lot. Does not open at all especially when we need to make our payments. I dont usually write reviews but imagine my frustration if i am going out of my way to write this."

Home Credit is the worst finance company, do not take any finance from it. Every installment of mine is being deducted from my account on time, yet it has automatically blocked my card for the last 2 months. Tell me about such services. We take finance so that in future we can increase our credit limit or buy other things from it.But I think it is a kind of scam with the customers.Please do not take any finance from them, their customer service is also poor, there is no support contact.

Very poor customer support experience. I have been trying to foreclose my loans, but the chat support on both the app and website has not connected me to an agent for almost a month. I also called from my registered mobile number, but the system says my number is not in their records. I emailed Home Credit and provided the requested verification details, but I still haven't received a proper response or foreclosure statement. Please improve customer support and provide a proper channel for loan
