Ratings and reviews

App shows loan approved and will be credited within 2 days, but even after 2 weeks it is yet to be credited. The customer service is even worse: just for a basic reply on email, they take 2 days. After a to and fro mails which spanned over multiple days due to there slow replies: they said it will be done, but still not credited. The worst thing is they kept it in hanging state and wasted my time which beat the purpose of taking it.

I am extremely disappointed with Home Credit. I always pay my EMIs either on time or well before the due date, yet I am bombarded with non-stop calls days before the payment is even due. Most recently, they have started calling my relatives, which is completely unacceptable and a violation of privacy, especially since I have never defaulted. I am not sure why I am being treated like a defaulter when my payment record is clean.

worst auto debit service by Home credit I had total 6 emi's 1st was Auto debited and 2nd one of amount of 2232 I have paid before due date but it still debited the same emi amount on due date of the same month it means I have paid two times in a month and worst thing is that it is counting that 2/6 emi paid but I have paid three times it should be 3/6 but it is not showing that what a ridiculous service
