I have been using home credit app since may 2024, initially it was doing well but since past few weeks it's not functioning properly. As it asks for OTP and crashes everytime I open the app. Then again I have to open the app to check anything. I face an unexpected ending of stream. It shows error and authentication pop up message as well. Really pissed off

I'll never suggest anyone for personal loan. It's a headache. ECS is not working properly. And when I tried reaching customer care I was asked to get in touch with chat section in application. After following the instructions the payment option opened and I paid through UPI. But after an hour or two the ECS transaction was successful. So basically I paid emi twice for the September month but in app it's showing paid one's. I want my payment back. Too poor service. And I'll never avail for loan

THE APP IS USELESS. It is not working since past 3 days and no EMI payment is possible. The service was already unsatisfactory now the app is also pathetic. If I could give less than 1 star I would definitely do that. Useless app. Since past 8 months my flexible loan facility is blocked. Useless customer care and too many calls only to request timely payments. Shame on you HOMECREDIT. Tired of sending repeated emails. And again not interested in giving details all over again
