Fixed PORT-3504. Installing the app resulted in two app icons.
Only one of them worked to launch the app. The other never worked.
It simply always crashed the app immediately after showing the
splash screen.
Fixed PORT-2991. Disabled "rate this app" reviews. The app used
to ask for a review after 5 "positive events":
+ creating a new channel;
+ reacting to a message with an emoji.
Now the app never asks for a review.
