Avoid at all costs. This company has failed on so many levels. It cost me an 800 dollar booking with zero compensation. I have been trying to cancel my yearly prescription that i foolishly purchased but the app won't allow it. I have been going back and forth with the "managers" and they keep telling me that they are working on it. Total rip off from a company that cares only about its bottom line.

It seems not all airbnb features can be found in guesty, and updates in guesty don't always appear in the airbnb app. Expl: the name of the listing. Also, I created an auto message for one unit that was meant to go to people who inquire about that unit. The auto message seems to be sent to all inquiries about other units. I don't see a way to make a unit specific auto response. Really clunky! Also, the calendar is meant to be open for 6 months out. I got a request for 7 months from now.Not good!

Terrible customer service , they are located overseas and barely report to app issues, they should stand behind their product, I have 25 listings with them and today I almost had double booking I was lucky the guest contacted me before booking , Terrible servers , I'm moving to another service provider this is impossible to manage listing like that. Such a waste for simple software, good luck I would give customer service 0 stars if I could to be honest.
