I work as an RBT and taking data is an important part of my job. This app makes it difficult to do so. Partial inveral timers begin to count up at seemingly random times, causing the question to never be asked by the behavior. Other RBTs I work with have had the same and more issues than I. They don't ask for feedback from RBTs so I don't know how they know what we want or need. I think it's because theyd actually have to do some work. They are happy to take your money and do the bare minimum.

Not sure why there are no reviews for this when I know a bunch of coworkers have written them. There are so many bugs that need to be fixed in Portia 5. But don't expect support to do anything about it. All they do is give you the run around as to what/when things will be looked at just to be told the company you work for needs to address the issue not individuals who actually use the program.

used this for work and there are so many glitches and bugs that need fixed but customer service isnt the best so nothing really happens.
