EDIT: It seems it will let you change it via the app but only if you select "correction" as the reason. Marriage, divorce, and legal aren't valid options. . . Only problem is that I haven't been able to change my name via the app even though it gives an option for it. It says the changes will be reflected in 3-5 days so have to wait to see if it changes and it never does. It's a very uncomfortable experience every time I open the app because I'm greeted with the wrong name. :(

The app does look a lot better than it used to but it won't allow me to download my bill even though it shows it to me in a tiny window inside the app when I hit the download button it says that it can't find a bill for my account. EVEN THOUGH I WAS JUST LOOKING AT IT ON THE SCREEN BEFORE THAT!

Can log in, but doesn't show any information. Just an error message that we cannot retrieve information and to try later. Been trying to log in for over a week with the same results. For all the years that apps have been a thing it is inexcusable that PGE can't seem to get it right. Uninstalled. Maybe I'll try again next year.
