EDIT: It seems it will let you change it via the app but only if you select "correction" as the reason. Marriage, divorce, and legal aren't valid options. . . Only problem is that I haven't been able to change my name via the app even though it gives an option for it. It says the changes will be reflected in 3-5 days so have to wait to see if it changes and it never does. It's a very uncomfortable experience every time I open the app because I'm greeted with the wrong name. :(

Can log in, but doesn't show any information. Just an error message that we cannot retrieve information and to try later. Been trying to log in for over a week with the same results. For all the years that apps have been a thing it is inexcusable that PGE can't seem to get it right. Uninstalled. Maybe I'll try again next year.

This app sucks. Don't bother downloading it.
