For the past 6 years, I have been shopping through your app. I never had any problems before. But for the last two months, there have been so many issues with your app! The app doesn’t load, products don’t appear, it keeps loading for a long time, and some items don’t even open. If the updated version has so many problems, it becomes very difficult for us users. Please solve this.

App performance and online website works in the same way. then why do we need to download app? i ordered some products online. But after order confirmation there was no order update, history or tracking point showing both app and website. this app also very much slow.

it’s such a disgrace that the brand may have made a name for itself but the app didn’t. My first order was horrible. I specifically ordered 2 pillow covers of the same design but they gave me one of my choice and the other which I never ordered. The least you could have done is to get the orders right.
