PoseSync — Turn your phones into a real 3D motion capture studio.

PoseSync uses the cameras of 1 to 3 Android phones to capture full-body, face and hand movement in 3D, in real time, with no extra hardware. Connect your devices over Bluetooth, calibrate them once, and start recording.

REAL 3D MOTION CAPTURE
Point 2 or 3 phones at the same space. PoseSync synchronizes their clocks, calibrates the cameras automatically and triangulates every joint into a single 3D skeleton. No suit, no trackers, no PC.

BODY, FACE AND HANDS
- Body tracking with 18 or 25 OpenPose-style joints
- 93-point face mesh with blendshapes (eyes, brows, mouth, cheeks)
- Both hands with 21 landmarks each
- All processed locally on your device

MULTI-DEVICE OVER BLUETOOTH
- 1 host + up to 2 clients
- Automatic clock sync (NTP-style)
- Automatic calibration with a square on the floor, plus a manual picker if you prefer
- Everything stays on your local network

VTUBER MODE
Use a single phone with the front camera to drive your avatar. Full upper-body tracking, face blendshapes and Live2D export. No Bluetooth or calibration needed.
