POSHAN Tracker app provides a 360-degree view of the activities of Anganwadi Centres (AWCs), service deliveries of Anganwadi Workers (AWWs), and complete beneficiary management for pregnant women, lactating mothers, children 0 - 6 years, and adolescent girls.
The developed system enables real-time monitoring and tracking of all AWCs, AWWs, and beneficiaries.

The performance of this app is among the worst I have used to date. It crashes frequently, especially when used by Anganwadi workers during fieldwork. As a result, they are often unable to complete the KYC of beneficiaries, even with 5G internet connectivity and after making multiple repeated attempts over several days.

Facing issues with doing FRS of some of the beneficiaries, tried many times but not working. The Anganwadi Centre was opened from the exact registered location, and the same location is correctly set inside the app. Yet the app keeps showing a completely wrong distance far away from the real spot. The CDPO office keeps asking why the centre isn’t opened “from the right place,” but the problem is clearly in the app, not on ground. It’s frustrating that even basic location issues aren’t fixed.

The app is very slow and keeps crashing. Data doesn’t sync even with good internet and often gets lost. Offline mode doesn’t work properly, and OTP login fails many times. Forms are too long and hard to fill. Battery drains fast, and there’s no help or support when issues happen. Needs urgent fixes for speed, offline saving, and reliability.
