This app is of no use. Errors keep coming again and again. Instead of work getting reduced, the work has increased more.Technical Support Team, I am unable to use the app effectively. New registrations for pregnant women are failing, and I cannot generate APAAR IDs. Moreover, the app is crashing and auto-logging out frequently. This is hindering our daily work. Kindly look into this and provide an update."

"Regarding the immunization module: currently, the system only allows updates for the current month and the previous two months. We are unable to back-date entries for beneficiaries who received their vaccines on time but weren't logged immediately. As a result, these records incorrectly appear as 'overdue.' Could you please extend the timeframe for data entry to allow for these historical updates? any update in future?

It's a very bad process if the face does match. This app is of very poor quality, neither any face is matched, its process is very slow, no work is done properly, it takes a lot of time to match a face, sometimes the app does not even open, I do not know what poor quality it is made of, what coding has been done in it, it is cheap but of very poor quality, Anganwadi workers face a lot of trouble in working on it.
