My deliveries have always arrived incomplete there is no way to contact anyone about the missing items or the status of the delivery. No refunds for missing items and the language of the app is only Turkish. I do not receive all of my items when the delivery gets to my address. If the products are not available the app should show that and an automatic refund should be given. I will not be using it again unless it is fixed this has been a big problem for me.

Good shops but terrible online service. Everytime you order there is a problem. They forgot something or one or two products could not be found and they are gonna refund in 4 days at least in the fastest possible time 😂 and it can take up to 7 days. If you wanna buy anything from Sok, just go out and visit the shop yourself do not rely on the app
