About this app

Possefy101 is an application for employees of Possefy Group Co., Ltd.
It is used to record daily work hours at assigned sales points.

It is also used for internal knowledge tests.

This app is restricted to employees who have received a user account from the company.

Main Features

• Time In/Out Recording
Identifies the location of the store where the work is performed and records the daily start and end times.

• GPS Location Verification
The system retrieves the current coordinates and displays them on a map to confirm that the employee is actually at the sales point.

• Work Photo Attachment
Takes photos during work start and end times. The system resizes the images before uploading to conserve internet data.

• Work History
Views monthly attendance records with supervisor approval status (Approved / Pending Approval / Not Approved) and accompanying notes.

• Online Tests (E-Test)
Take knowledge tests on company-defined products and sales.
Supports both single-choice and multiple-choice questions. A list of open tests can be viewed.

• Supports Thai and English languages.

Accessing Device Information:

• Location – Used to verify coordinates when recording work time in and out only.
• Camera and Storage – Used to take and attach photos as evidence of work performance.
• Internet – Used for sending and receiving data with the company's back-end system.
