Used to be much better. But lately the service is super slow and it's very difficult to get in touch with customer support. I had one order delivered by Amazon USA and it reached in one package but since it was 2 boxes mybox split it and charged me 2 shipment fees. Also they took 8-9 days to then forward it to Kuwait. I really don't understand why. If You're looking to receive your items in Less than 3 weeks please avoid using them cuz there's always delays. Gonna switch to Aramex now on

One month to receive packages from the US, ridiculous wait times. The tracking on this app doesn't give you any useful information either. On the positive side, mybox posta is slightly cheaper than Aramex (which is also a rubbish service that I don't recommend at all). Update: Now the app doesn't even let you sign up.

App still need more development, my purchases which entered is invisible till they receive it in the box Wrong invoice, hidden fees not shown in the invoice. Your service is awful, shipment won't be out for delivery till you call like 6 times to their customers service
