About this app

PostBrief is an all-in-one workforce management platform built for security companies, law-enforcement agencies, and field-service businesses. It brings scheduling, timekeeping, GPS verification, field reporting, and team communication together in one app your team carries in their pocket.

PostBrief powers three editions from a single app — GuardBrief for private security, OfficerBrief for law enforcement, and CraftBrief for field service and inspections — so the app adapts to how your organization works once you sign in.

Note: PostBrief is business software. You need an account from your employer or organization to sign in — it is not a consumer sign-up.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Schedules & shifts — see upcoming shifts, pick up open shifts, and respond to overtime offers.
• GPS-verified clock in/out — clock in at the right post with geofence verification; hours flow straight to payroll.
• Field reports — file incident reports, daily activity reports (DARs), and mileage logs, with photos and signatures.
• Safety — send a welfare check-in or a panic alert to get your dispatcher's attention. (In a real emergency, always call 911.)
• Messaging — stay in the loop with team chat, direct messages, and broadcast announcements.
• Jobs & dispatch — field-service teams get dispatched to jobs, clock in on site, and capture completion photos.

• Build schedules and rotations, manage posts and coverage, run payroll-ready timekeeping, and review reports.
• Track certifications, manage overtime distribution, and keep everyone informed.

What’s new

• Company settings now save correctly. The Setup screen had been failing to save any change.
• Overtime, incentives and meal-break corrections now pay accurately.
• Overnight shifts can be paid on the day they end, for teams whose night shift works the following day.
