How to save a video from a post

Method 1 — Share (easy)
1. Open X and find the public post with the video you want.
2. Tap the share icon, then pick Postkeep from the list of apps.
3. The app opens and starts fetching the video by itself.
4. The video is saved to your gallery and to your library.

Method 2 — Copy the link
1. On a public post, tap the share icon, then Copy link.
2. Open Postkeep. The copied link fills in automatically.
3. Tap Download and wait a moment while the video is fetched.
4. The video is saved to your gallery and to your library.

Works with public posts only
This is a video saver for X that works with public posts. Videos in protected accounts, in direct messages, or behind any other restriction are protected by the platform and cannot be downloaded by any outside tool, including this one. If a video will not download, that is almost always why. Posts that contain only photos are not supported.
