I travel a lot, and temporarily work out of state. I needed a mail service that would enable me to not have to change my address constantly, and would allow me to maintain an address in my home state, even though I'm not physically there. Post Scan Mail fits my needs perfectly. I have a home address with it, I get notified immediately regarding new mail, scanning is very prompt, and they'll either shred it or send it to me, wherever I request. It's a great service!

For someone who simply needs a place to send mail, I find this app to not be that user friendly, especially as regards billing. I constantly have to go to the website to make sure I'm not paying additional charges for every little thing. I feel like there's a lot of nickel and diming that goes on. Additionally, even after several attempts to reach out to customer service for resolution, I still had to stay on top of them to ensure the credits were issued.

very disappointed with this service. I knew there would be a delay in receiving mail, but the WEEKS its taken to receive 1 letter is insane. especially when you take into account the huge up sale the customer pays for this "service ". then they suspended my account for payment confusion, which went through on my end, then they proceeded to charge me 5 more times. So in the last month I've paid 6 times the price for a service that im not receiving, and in the best of times was a disappointment.
