━━━ HOW IT WORKS ━━━

1. The driver finds a charging station on the map and reserves a time slot
2. They take a photo of the battery percentage upon arrival
3. The host unlocks their charging station
4. The driver plugs in, charges, and unplugs
5. They take another photo upon departure — the calculation is automatic
6. The host receives their payment at the end of the month

The public grid is saturated, expensive (up to €0.70/kWh), and unreliable. Meanwhile, tens of thousands of private charging points installed in Belgium over the past five years are only used for a few hours a day. PotatoCharge is tapping into this residential potential: lower costs for drivers, income for hosts, and more EVs that can drive with peace of mind.

If you're a host with solar panels, your kWh fed into the grid earns you around €0.05. With PotatoCharge, that same kWh can be worth €0.30—six times more.
