Ratings and reviews

Unlike others, I did not experience issues creating an account though I did register through Shopify. I did try to register for text alerts which states 100 loyalty tokens but the landing page then says 25. despite signing up, I didn't receive any additional loyalty tokens. The mini games are a fun addition and I think this is a great spin on a fun product. Others have complained about the token redeem value but we need to remember this is a for profit company offering a free to play app.

I am super impressed with the support and the engineering teams for this app. I can report a bug and I'll get quick responses, actual action taken to resolve the bug, and responses from the support team to let me know what's going on throughout the process until the fix is in place. I can also report a self-inflicted issue and they will quickly and kindly assist me in figuring out what I've done. They truly want their app to be the best it can be. Not to mention the products are awesome!

rewards literally don't add up. followed banner in app to allow text updates for 50 points, NOT. says 25 on landing page and even that doesn't reward you. did everything as instructed and got zip zelch zero points for sharing my personal information, notta 1. this is a half ace attempt at an app, probably not monitored or updated by anyone or even AI. no customer service info
