WiFi Pro: SIGINT Explorer — Wi-Fi Security Research Platform

Turn your Android phone into a portable 802.11 analysis platform. Plug in a
supported USB Wi-Fi adapter and WiFi Pro drives the radio directly from
userspace — no root, no kernel modules, no laptop required. Android's
standard USB permission dialog is the only prompt you will ever see.

Built for students, CTF players, hobbyist radio researchers, and security
professionals who want to understand how 802.11 really works at the protocol
layer — by poking at it from the inside.

WiFi Pro ships a full userspace USB driver for each supported chipset. No
kernel driver. No root.

No proprietary blobs bundled in the APK.
Requires USB OTG / USB-C host mode on your device. Powered hub recommended
for high-TX adapters.

ARCHITECTURE
─────────────────────────────────

The entire 802.11 stack runs in Rust via Android NDK — chipset drivers,
frame parser, injection engine. No kernel driver. No root. Untrusted 802.11
frames are handled by memory-safe Rust that cannot panic on malformed input.
Every active operation is session-scoped and stops the moment you navigate
away or disconnect the adapter. The app never crashes — every error surfaces
as a human-readable message and returns you to the home screen.

This software performs operations on the radio spectrum that are regulated
and restricted when used against networks you do not own or do not have
explicit permission to test. Hacking, cracking, packet inspection, and network penetration testing are only permitted with explicit legal authorization from the network owner. This tool is intended for authorized security research, penetration testing, educational study, and CTF competitions only. The author assumes no liability for misuse.
