Describe the issue and submit device details, photos or videos through Smart Assessment. Receive initial guidance on possible causes and the next step. If the issue cannot be confirmed remotely, a technician may recommend a Deep Diagnostic; an applicable diagnostic fee may be charged.


CHOOSE STORE REPAIR OR HOME SERVICE
Find PowerFix branches and participating repair partners, view location details, and choose a repair option that suits you. Home service is available for supported locations, devices and concerns, subject to technician availability.


UNDERSTAND YOUR REPAIR OPTIONS
Review the service details, initial estimate and applicable fees. Where a displayed amount covers parts only, additional labor and warranty fees may apply. Final repair recommendations and pricing depend on the findings, device condition and required parts. Review the quotation before authorizing the repair.


FOLLOW YOUR REPAIR
View your bookings and available repair-status updates. Use in-app chat to coordinate about your service and check the information associated with your repair.


CHOOSE HOW YOU PAY
