This app is worst, in fact if there's any other words rather than useless. Make una sha refund me jeje, imagine ooo, why can't you guys make it known to Or send notifications before making payments that there could be delay, if we are cool with it fine, but instead you allow people to deposit to the account you generated yourself ,and still be claiming the account is old or something. Rubbish, do the refund that's all.

This App is actually d best so far to buy your units of electricity. I had a power outage unexpectedly yesterday and I tried several other Apps, which failed. To my amazement, I registered for this App immediately, bought units and got my token within seconds. Very good App for all electricity consumers. Just make a trial and you will be more convinced.

I rate the App- 0, Customer service - 0. This is the 4th consecutive time that i have to wait long hours or even 24 hours to get a response after payment. Everytime i purchase power, i always have to repurchase from my bank because powerlight is not responsive. The customer service who claims they operate 24hrs service is always ofline. Then someone (Tina) will popin after two hrs and tell you that you will receive your token shortly then go offline for the rest of the day.
