Users choose a character power or scene, set an active window, complete a short ritual, and keep that selected state through the chosen period inside the app. VIBRATE is declared so ritual interactions can provide tactile feedback during key moments. ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE is declared so the app can detect connectivity state when needed by the app environment.
