QIB Mobile is available to all QIB Individual customers with an active ATM Card and PIN. As soon as you download and install the application, you can create your username and password to enjoy a seamless banking experience.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
QIB Mobile Banking is secure and safe. We have introduced the two factor authentication using the One-Time-Password authentication (OTP) to further secure your banking account. OTP will be received either by SMS to your registered mobile number or by downloading QIB Aman app to be used upon logging in to your account and upon performing a banking transaction.

Users are forced to update the app on a continuous basis! February 7, 2026 - Regular FORCED updates! Aug. - yet another forced update! - They NEVER learn from their mistake!

Overall, it's good. But it's slow, everything takes some time, and some time the app freezes and stop working, espically when I run or start the app, even if I closed the app, it continues freezing until I do a restart for the phone. Moreover, the registration was difficult when I installed the app for the first time, but IDK if they fix this problem or it's still the same.

The application has shortcomings in some aspects, including: 1- When I open an additional account through the application, the application does not give me the ability to name this account with a specific name that I choose, and this is useful for organizing accounts and making it easy to distinguish. For example, the Turkish Kuveyt Türk Bank 2- Also, another shortcoming. I noticed that when making a transfer between my accounts, the application does not give me the ability to write a note that
