Story:

There was no police, no military, no government, everything was run by a gang and their leaders. The gangs were in conflict with each other, and no ordinary people could stop them. Therefore, anyone who found the courage to visit the city could be killed, and anyone who tried to enter the city and confront the gangs to restore order was called 'lost'.
